You may use AIMaker Studio's AI tools to: • Generate original images, videos, avatars, SVGs, and voice content for personal or commercial projects • Create content for marketing, education, entertainment, and creative expression • Experiment with AI-generated content for research and development purposes • Build and enhance projects within the scope of your subscription plan
You may not use AIMaker Studio's AI tools to: • Generate content that depicts or promotes violence, abuse, or harm to individuals or groups • Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive, defame, or harass real people • Produce content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights • Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate or harmful context • Create content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or discrimination • Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the AI models or safety filters
You are solely responsible for the content you generate using AIMaker Studio. While content generated from your prompts is generally yours to use, BeMel Productions LLC reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable law. You must ensure that your use of AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, privacy, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Our AI tools are powered by third-party AI providers and may occasionally produce inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect results. AIMaker Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
