This Content Safety Policy describes how BeMel Productions LLC identifies, prevents, and responds to harmful or unsafe content generated through AIMaker Studio. Our goal is to provide a creative platform that is safe, responsible, and respectful for all users.

We use automated content filters powered by AI to screen prompts and generated outputs in real time. These systems are designed to: • Detect and block requests for prohibited content before generation begins • Flag generated content that may violate this policy for further review • Prevent repeated attempts to circumvent safety measures Our safety systems are continuously updated to address emerging risks and improve accuracy.

If you encounter content on AIMaker Studio that you believe violates this Content Safety Policy, please report it immediately by contacting our Trust & Safety team at support@aimakerstudio.net. Include as much detail as possible in your report, including the type of content, where it appeared, and any relevant context. We take all reports seriously and will investigate.

Violations of this Content Safety Policy may result in: • Immediate removal of the offending content • Temporary suspension of your account • Permanent termination of your account • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law The severity of enforcement action will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, as well as any history of prior violations.

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal to support@aimakerstudio.net within 30 days of the enforcement action. Please include your account information and a description of why you believe the action was taken in error. We will review appeals in good faith and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

This Content Safety Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

BeMel Productions LLC may update this Content Safety Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of AIMaker Studio after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
