How We Handle Incidents

When an incident occurs, we post an update to this page within 15 minutes of detection. We provide regular updates throughout the incident and a full post-mortem within 24 hours of resolution.

Incidents are classified by severity: Minor (single service, limited impact), Major (multiple services or significant user impact), and Critical (platform-wide outage).

Planned Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via email to all registered users and posted here. Maintenance is typically scheduled during low-traffic hours (2:00–4:00 AM ET).
